What is your Return Policy?

Auto Concept Return Policy:

The following terms and conditions apply to all products that CAN be returned:

  • Qualifying products can be returned to Auto Concept/Max Pieces within 30 days of purchase.

  • Qualifying products include:

    • New, unopened and uninstalled products in the original condition and packaging.

    • Used core returns must be in the original packaging for the exact replacement part purchased and in a fully rebuildable, undamaged condition.

    • Product returned for warranty will be in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, refund and exchange policy and will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

  • Refunds will be equivalent to the original purchase price.

The following products CANNOT be returned and are considered final sale items:

  • Special orders and/or non-stocked products. Special ordered and/or non-stocked products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

  • Products that have been used or installed.

  • Mixed or custom paint.

  • Products modified for customers (eg. hydraulic hose, base paints mixed with tint, etc)

  • Personal protective equipment including but not limited to eye, ear, head and respiratory protection, first aid kits etc.

  • Electrical products including but not limited to starters, alternators, switches, relays, sensors, wires, spark plugs, wire sets, connectors etc.

  • Clearance or final sale products.

  • Gift Cards.


What is your Warranty Policy?

Warranty Policy:

  • We will honour all manufacturer warranties as long as they include the original purchase receipt from one of our locations.

What is a core charge?

A “Core Charge” is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle. To promote recycling, you are charged a deposit when you purchase the item and you receive your deposit back when you return the empty item.

Many automotive parts have a Core Charge, or Core Price, that works the same way as a can deposit. Rather than paying full price for the replacement part, you save real money when you return your original part as well as help the environment.

What if I cannot find the product I am looking for or it is out of stock?

Call one of our qualified sales representatives to verify the inventory regarding the product you are looking for.

How do I find my paint code?

Your colour code is located on your car, there are various different points where you might find it depending on your car’s make and model. The image below shows the most likely positions.
